(the Company), announces to the investment public that under the Repurchase Program of Own Shares, on 04/03/2020, it purchased 3,997 common shares at an average acquisition price of 4.588 euros per share, valued at 18,301.32 euros, pursuant to article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and the decisions of the competent bodies of the Company.
