In accordance with article 24 par. 2 (a) of Law 3461/2006, the company named “Andromeda Seafood Sociedad Limitada” (hereinafter the “Offeror”) states that on 06.03.2020 it acquired 189.581 ordinary shares of the company under the name "NIREUS AQUACULTURE SA" (hereinafter " the Company ") for 0,23 Euro per share.

European Reliance General Insurance Company S.A. (the Company), announces to the investment public that under the Repurchase Program of Own Shares, on 06/03/2020, it purchased 3,751 common shares at an average acquisition price of 4.136 euros per share, valued at 15,482.67 euros, pursuant to article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and the decisions of the competent bodies of the Company.
