KRI-KRI Milk Industry announces, pursuant to Article 21 of Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of the Regulations (EU) No 596/2014, that Mr. Tsinavos Panagiotis, Liable Person under a.13 of Law 3340 / 2005, as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company, bought on 09/03/2020, 8,000 ordinary shares for € 4.1582 each.

European Reliance General Insurance Company S.A. (the Company), announces to the investment public that under the Repurchase Program of Own Shares, on 09/03/2020, it purchased 4,863 common shares at an average acquisition price of 3,631 euros per share, valued at 17,624.36 euros, pursuant to article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and the decisions of the competent bodies of the Company.

Following the aforementioned purchase, the Company holds now 388,811 common shares, which represent 1.4137% of the Company's total shares.

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on 9 March 2020 it effected purchases of 21,000 Company shares of total value EUR 271,470.00 (average price per share: EUR 12.93).

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. is currently in possession of 50,357 own shares corresponding to 0.05% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 13.27 per share. The purchases of the own shares are effected through the ATHEX Member PIRAEUS SECURITIES.
