(or “Company”), informs investors that on 16.03.2020, the Company purchased 10,000 own shares at an average price of EUR 1.575 per share and a total purchase value of EUR 15,750.00 through the member of Athens Exchange «ALPHA FINANCE INVESTMENT SERVICES S.A», in implementation of the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company on 12.07.2018 (6^th Item).

Following the above purchase, the Company holds a total of 587.848 own shares (percentage 0,77% of it's share capital).
