European Reliance General Insurance Company S.A. (the Company), announces to the investment public that under the Repurchase Program of Own Shares, on 17/03/2020, it purchased 6,728 common shares at an average acquisition price of 2.829 euros per share, valued at 18,994.85 euros, pursuant to article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and the decisions of the competent bodies of the Company.

Following the aforementioned purchase, the Company holds now 425,515 common shares, which represent 1.5471% of the Company's total shares.

TERNA ENERGY S.A. informs the investors that, in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament, the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 and according to article 49 of Law 4548/2018, as amended and currently in force, proceeded on March 17, 2020 through the member of the A.S.E. BETA Securities, with the purchase of 8,698 TERNA ENERGY's shares at an average price of 5.8873 euros per share and at a total transaction value of 51,207.57 euros and through the member of the A.S.E.
