In accordance with article 24 par. 2 (a) of Law 3461/2006, the company named “Andromeda Seafood Sociedad Limitada” (hereinafter the “Offeror”) states that on 19.03.2020 it acquired 462.185 κοινές ordinary shares of the company under the name "NIREUS AQUACULTURE SA" (hereinafter " the Company ") for 0,23 Euro per share.

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. proceeded with the annual briefing to analysts over the teleconference regarding the 2019 Full Year Financial Results of the Group.

-       The Company product sales reached 14.2 MT million in 2019 (14.4 MT million in 2018) well above the nominal capacity of its Refinery
