PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

European Reliance General Insurance Company S.A. (the Company), announces to the investment public that under the Repurchase Program of Own Shares, on 20/03/2020, it purchased 6,701 common shares at an average acquisition price of 3.337 euros per share, valued at 22,319.38 euros, pursuant to article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and the decisions of the competent bodies of the Company.

Following the aforementioned purchase, the Company holds now 444,980 common shares, which represent 1.6179% of the Company's total shares.

PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

TERNA ENERGY S.A. informs the investors that, in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament, the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 and according to article 49 of Law 4548/2018, as amended and currently in force, proceeded on March 20, 2020 through the member of the A.S.E. BETA Securities, with the purchase of 15,984 TERNA ENERGY's shares at an average price of 7.0698 euros per share and at a total transaction value of 113,004.18 euros and through the member of the A.S.E.
