Autohellas S.A. announces, that in compliance with Law 3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council and following relevant notification to the Company, Mr. Kansos Kyriakos, Husband of Autohellas' CFO Mrs. Antonia Dimitrakopoulou, purchased 1,300 shares of the Company, with total value €5,431.23 on 19/3/2020.
