PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES
European Reliance General Insurance Company S.A. (the Company), announces to the investment public that under the Repurchase Program of Own Shares, on 23/03/2020, it purchased 6,896 common shares at an average acquisition price of 2.986 euros per share, valued at 20,554.91 euros, pursuant to article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and the decisions of the competent bodies of the Company.
Following the aforementioned purchase, the Company holds now 451,876 common shares, which represent 1.6430% of the Company's total shares.

In accordance with article 24 par. 2 (a) of Law 3461/2006, the company named “Andromeda Seafood Sociedad Limitada” (hereinafter the “Offeror”) states that on 23.03.2020 it acquired 103.659 κοινές ordinary shares of the company under the name "NIREUS AQUACULTURE SA" (hereinafter " the Company ") for 0,23 Euro per share.
