AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A. announces, that in compliance with Law 3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, M. G. CHRYSSAFIDIS S.A., a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Alexandros Makridis (Independent, non-executive member of the BoD), sold 4,522 shares of Aegean Airlines of total value Euro 18,673.71 on 30/03/2020.

European Reliance General Insurance Company S.A. (the Company), announces to the investment public that under the Repurchase Program of Own Shares, on 30/03/2020, it purchased 9,613 common shares at an average acquisition price of 3.296 euros per share, valued at 31,619.42 euros, pursuant to article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and the decisions of the competent bodies of the Company.

Following the aforementioned purchase, the Company holds now 483,395 common shares, which represent 1.7576% of the Company's total shares.
