Further to the announcements dated 21 April 2020, 7 August 2020 and 19 November 2020, OPAP S.A. (“OPAP”) announces that the Hellenic Competition Commission and the Commission for the Protection of Competition of the Republic of Cyprus have granted clearance on the acquisition of sole control over Stoiximan Group's Greek and Cypriot business (“SMGC”).
