Announcement Date & Time of FY20 Results

National Bank of Greece will announce FY20 results on Friday 26 March 2021, at 17:30 Greek time (GMT +2:00). A conference call for the presentation and discussion of the results is scheduled to follow at 18:00 on the same day.

In accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, JUMBO S.A. announces that Mr. Vakakis Evangelos-Apostolos, Chairman of the BoD of Jumbo SA, although he does not own shares of the company, announced that on 18.03.2021 held indirectly 19,36% of the voting rights, through the foreign foundation "KARPATHIA FOUNDATION", which controls the total of the shares of the shareholder "TANOCERIAN MARITIME (CYPRUS) LTD". It is noted that the position of previous notification was 23,22%.

In accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, JUMBO S.A. announces that the foreign foundation "KARPATHIA FOUNDATION", although it does not own directly shares of the company, informed that on 18.03.2021 held indirectly the 19,36% of the voting rights of Jumbo, through the control of the total of the shares of the shareholder "TANOCERIAN MARITIME (CYPRUS) LTD". It is noted that the position of previous notification was 23,22%.

In accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, JUMBO S.A. announces that "TANOCERIAN MARITIME (CYPRUS) LTD" which is shareholder of Jumbo, informed that on 18.03.2021 sold 5.250.000 shares representing a participation stake of 3,86% in the share capital and voting rights of Jumbo S.A. As a result "TANOCERIAN MARITIME CYPRUS LTD" participation stake in the share capital and voting rights in Jumbo decreased from 23,22% to 19,36% and currently hold directly 26.339.966 shares and voting rights.
