The Athens Stock Exchange announces that on Monday, March 24th, 2025, trading will commence for the shares of "ELLAKTOR S.A." (ISIN: GRS191213008) with final par value of €0.04 per share and for the ex-rights for the entitlement to the capital return of €0.85 per share, as part of the increase and decrease in the par value of the company's shares.

The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Wednesday 26th March 2025.
