Eighth Interest Period of the Non-Convertible Corporate Bond Loan 2018

In accordance with the terms of the Common Bond Loan as decided by “GEK TERNA SA” on March 16, 2018 (hereinafter “the Bond Loan”), the record date for the beneficiaries of interest for the 8th Interest Period from 04.10.2021 until 04.04.2022 is set to be Friday April 1, 2022.

The first day of trading without the eighth coupon (ex-coupon date) is Thursday March 31, 2022.
