PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

GEK TERNA S.A. informs the Investors that, in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament, the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 and according to article 49 of Law 4548/2018, as amended and currently in force, proceeded on March 14, 2023 with the purchase of 30,403 GEK TERNA's shares at an average price of 11.1653 euros per share and at a total transaction value of 339,457.42 euros.

Τhe company IKTINOS HELLAS SA announces that, according article 21 of the law 3556/2007 & the article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament  and following a relevant notification submitted to the company,  Ms. Lydia Chaida, the shareholder and member of the Board of Directors, on 14/3/2023  proceeded with the purchase of  5.500 shares of  total value of  3.188,34 Euro.
