Purchase of own shares (02/05/2024)

Quest Holdings S.A. informs the investors that, according to article 49 of the Law 4548/2018 and in compliance with the terms of the Regulation no.2273/2003 of the Commission of the European Communities, as well as by virtue of the Decision of the Regular General Assembly of its Shareholders dated 15/06/2022 and the Decision of the Board of Directors dated 03/01/2024, proceeded on May 2, 2024 through the member of the A.S.E. “Eurobank Equities”, with the purchase of 1.311 Quest Holdings S.A.

Announcement in accordance with the provisions of article 24 par. 2 (a) of Law 3461/2006

Epsilon Net S.A. (the “Company”) announces that according  to article 24 par. 2 (a) of Law 3461/2006, the company Ginger Digital BidCo Single Member S.A. (the “Offeror”) declares that on 02.05.2024 acquired a total of 284,814 ordinary registered shares of the company Epsilon Net A.E. (the “Company”), which correspond to 0.53% of the Company's voting rights, against a price of EUR 12.00 per share through stock transactions, which will be settled on 09.05.2024.
