In accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, JUMBO S.A. announces that the foreign foundation “KARPATHIA FOUNDATION”, although it does not own directly shares of the company, informed that on 09.05.2024 held indirectly the 16,419% of the voting rights of Jumbo, through the control of the total of the shares of the shareholder “TANOCERIAN MARITIME CYPRUS LTD”. It is noted that the position of previous notification was 19,359%.

In accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, JUMBO S.A. announces that “TANOCERIAN MARITIME CYPRUS LTD” which is shareholder of Jumbo, informed that on 09.05.2024 sold 4.000.000 shares representing a participation stake of 2,94% in the share capital and voting rights of Jumbo S.A. As a result “TANOCERIAN MARITIME CYPRUS LTD” participation stake in the share capital and voting rights in Jumbo decreased from 19,359% to 16,419% and currently hold directly 22.339.966 shares and voting rights.
