Jumbo S.A. (the Company) announces to its shareholders according to article 4.1.3.4. of the Athens Exchange Regulation, that the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company's shareholders held on 22.05.2024 decided upon the distribution of a dividend of EUR 1.00 per share (gross amount), before withholding dividend tax, i.e., a total amount of EUR 136,059,759.00, which is part of the financial year 2023

 profits. After withholding a dividend tax of 5%, where necessary, the remaining dividend amounts to EUR 0.95 per share.
