Quest Holdings S.A. informs the investors that, according to article 49 of the Law 4548/2018 and in compliance with the terms of the Regulation no.2273/2003 of the Commission of the European Communities, as well as by virtue of the Decision of the Regular General Assembly of its Shareholders dated 15/06/2022 and the Decision of the Board of Directors dated 03/01/2024, proceeded on May 27, 2024 through the member of the A.S.E. “Eurobank Equities”, with the purchase of 6.000 Quest Holdings S.A.

(the “Offeror”) declares that on 27.05.2024 acquired a total of 26,439 ordinary registered shares of the company Epsilon Net A.E. (the “Company”), which correspond to 0.05% of the Company's voting rights, against a price of EUR 12.00 per share through stock transactions, which will be settled on 29.05.2024.

(“the Company”) announces that, in implementation of the resolution of the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting dated April 23rd 2024, the Company proceeded on May 27th 2024 with the purchase of 7,800 own shares at the average price of 11.25 euros per share and at a total value of 87,758.00 euros.
