Following the election of Mr Ioannis Masoutis and the re-election of Mr Georgios Karanikas, Mr Ioannis Retsos and Mr Spyridon Theodoropoulos, as General Council members by the 90th Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Bank of Greece, held on 7 April 2023, and their swearing-in today in accordance with Article 22 of the Bank's Statute, the new composition of the General Council is as follows:

Maroussi, May 9^th 2023 – INTRACOM HOLDINGS (ATHEX: INTKA) announces that the Group's subsidiary INTRACOM TECHNOLOGIES S.a.r.l, has entered into binding agreement with ISRAEL AEROSPACE INDUSTRIES Ltd (IAI) for the sale and transfer of percentage of 90.91%  that is 23,103,305 registered shares of INTRACOM DEFENSE (IDE), a leading Defense Systems Company in Greece with an outstanding record of participation in domestic programs and exports to quality-driven international customers.
