DIVIDEND PAYMENT FOR THE YEAR 2022

PAPOUTSANIS SA (the “Company”) announces that in accordance with the decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders on May 18^th 2023, the dividend for the year 2022 was set at € 0,02 per share. Tax will be withheld at the distributed dividend at a rate of 5% according to articles 61, 62 and 64 of L.4172/2013, thus the net dividend payable will amount to € 0,019 per share.
