PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARES

GEK TERNA S.A. informs the Investors that, in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament, the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 and according to article 49 of Law 4548/2018, as amended and currently in force, proceeded on May 19, 2023 with the purchase of 15,000 GEK TERNAΆs shares at an average price of 11.9640 euros per share and at a total transaction value of 179,460.00 euros.

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on May 19, 2023 it effected purchases of 12,700 Company shares of total value EUR 269,656.00 (average price per share: EUR 21.233).

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 2,441,846 corresponding to 2.20% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 17.436 per share.
