Invitation of General meeting

According to the law and the Articles of Association of the company, the Board of Directors invites the shareholders of the GREEK MARBLE INDUSTRY TECHNICAL AND TOURIST COMPANY IKTINOS HELLAS SA to a General Meeting on 21 June 21, Wednesday, at 12:00 pm. at Iktinos Hellas offices's, Likovr;iseos 7, Metamorfosi, in order to decide on the following issues:

Acquisition of company "Epafos S.A."

Quest Holdings S.A. informs that on May 22, 2023 the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of company EPAFOS S.A. was completed against a consideration of € 2.470.000, whereas the total investment may potentially reach € 4.940.000 during the next two years due to the provision of additional disbursements to the old shareholders depending upon the future performance of the company. The specific investment is estimated to contribute around € 5.000.000 extra revenue to Quest Group on an annual basis, at an EBITDA margin of near 10%.

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on May 22, 2023 it effected purchases of 3,900 Company shares of total value EUR 87,032.00 (average price per share: EUR 21.316).

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 2,445,746 corresponding to 2.21% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 17.444 per share.
