Announcement/ Resignation of Company Board Member
Having completed a productive career of more than thirty years in the company NIREUS SA as one of its Founders and Directors, Mr. Nikolaos Chaviaras, Vice President of the Board of Directors, announced that he will retire on 27/11/2019.
The company would like to thank Mr. Chaviaras for his valuable presence throughout the years and his contribution to the smooth transition in view of the entry of Andromeda Seafood LTD.

On 19.11.2019, "PIRAEUS LEASING SA" sold and transferred its 100% to parent company under the name "Piraeus Banks " (Piraeus Banks) the total amount of shares of "NIREUS AQUACULTURE SA" (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), that is 22.584.160 ordinary shares of the Company, which corresponds to 7,6819% of the Company's voting rights.
