Agreement between National Bank of Greece and AstroBank Limited for the sale of National Bank of Greece (Cyprus) Ltd
National Bank of Greece (“NBG”) announces the signing of a definitive agreement with AstroBankLimited for the sale of its 100% stake in National Bank of Greece (Cyprus) Ltd (the “Transaction”).

AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A. announces, that in compliance with Law 3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Evertrans S.A., a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Eftichios Vassilakis (Chairman of the BoD) and Mr. George Vassilakis (non executive member of the BoD), purchased 15.029 shares of Aegean Airlines of total value Euro 123.143,04 on 22/11/2019.
European Reliance General Insurance Company S.A. (the Company), announces to the investment public that under the Repurchase Program of Own Shares, on 25/11/2019, it purchased 3,800 common shares at an average acquisition price of 4.8700 euros per share, valued at 18,554.72 euros, pursuant to article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and the decisions of the competent bodies of the Company.
Following the aforementioned purchase, the Company holds now 150,829 common shares, which represent 0.5484% of the Company's total shares.
