BriQ Properties R.E.I.C. informs the investors that, according to article 49 of the Law 4548/2018 and in compliance with the terms of the Regulation no.2273/2003 of the Commission of the European Communities, as well as by virtue of the Decision of the Regular General Assembly of its Shareholders dated 30/03/2020 and the Decision of the Board of Directors dated 31/03/2020, proceeded on November 4, 2020 through the member of the A.S.E.

Following the requirements set by regulation (EC) 575/2013 (CRR) and regulation (EC) 648/2012 (EMIR), the ATHENS EXCHANGE CLEARING HOUSE (ATHEXClear) reports the following information regarding the calculation of the hypothetical capital with reference date 30/10/2020.

European Reliance General Insurance Company S.A. (the Company), announces to the investment public that under the Repurchase Program of Own Shares, on 04/11/2020, it purchased 4,852 common shares at an average acquisition price of 3.952 euros per share, valued at 19,172.70 euros, pursuant to article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and the decisions of the competent bodies of the Company.

Following the aforementioned purchase, the Company holds now 655,545 common shares, which represent 2.3835% of the Company's total shares.
