PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

European Reliance General Insurance Company S.A. (the Company), announces to the investment public that under the Repurchase Program of Own Shares, on 09/11/2020, it purchased 4,801 common shares at an average acquisition price of 3,995 euros per share, valued at 19.181,25 euros, pursuant to article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and the decisions of the competent bodies of the Company.

Following the aforementioned purchase, the Company holds now 670.048 common shares, which represent 2.4362% of the Company's total shares.

10th November 2020: Profile Software, an international financial solutions provider, announced today the partnership agreement with Surecomp the leading provider of global trade finance solutions for banks and corporates. The agreement is bilateral aiming at mutually benefiting companies since both parties will be able to represent each other's solutions in various regions that they have presence in supporting digital transformation in the operations of financial organisations and corporates.
