European Reliance General Insurance Company S.A. (the Company), announces to the investment public that under the Repurchase Program of Own Shares, on 11/11/2020, it purchased 5,013 common shares at an average acquisition price of 3.99 euros per share, valued at 20,001.04 euros, pursuant to article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and the decisions of the competent bodies of the Company.

Following the aforementioned purchase, the Company holds now 680,029 common shares, which represent 2.4725% of the Company's total shares.

Following the announcements dated 8 and 21 July 2020, MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces the completion of the transaction for the sale of the 94.52% stake of the share capital of OPTIMA ASSET MANAGEMENT A.E.D.A.K by its subsidiary IREON INVESTMENTS LTD (Seller) to OPTIMA BANK Α.Ε. (Buyer) for a total consideration amount of Euro 199,870.30.

Following the above, the direct stake of IREON INVESTMENTS LTD in OPTIMA ASSET MANAGEMENT A.E.D.A.K. became nil.

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that its Cyprus based subsidiary IREON INVESTMENTS LTD transferred 366,836 shares of OPTIMA BANK S.A. at a price of Euro 18.35 per share to third parties.

The above number of 366,836 shares corresponds to 9.75% of the share capital of OPTIMA BANK S.A.

Following the above, the participation of IREON INVESTMENTS LTD in OPTIMA BANK S.A. reduced to 45.91%.
