LAMDA Development S.A. (the Company), in accordance with the provisions of L. 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU and after relevant notifications received, announces that on November 11th, 2020 the company under the name “HOUSEMARKET S.A.” sold 74 common, bearer bonds, for a total amount of 74,729.73 euro.

HOUSEMARKET S.A. is, pursuant to the provisions of article 3, par.1 (26) of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, a legal person closely associated with Mr. Eftichios Vassilakis, non-executive member of the Company's Board of Directors.

Announcement for the first three quarters 2020

 The EBITDA of IKTINOS HELLAS S.A in the first three quarters of 2020 amounted to 4.79 million Euros, compared to 9.51 million Euros in the respective first three quarters of 2018, presenting a decrease of 49.63% .

In the same period, profit before tax decreased by 73.18% and amounted to 1.79 million Euros compared to 6.67 million Euros in the first three quarters of 2018.

The turnover amounted to 21.87 million Euros, compared to 31.35 million Euros in the first three quarters of 2019, recorded a decrease of 30.24%.
