European Reliance General Insurance Company S.A. (the Company), announces to the investment public that under the Repurchase Program of Own Shares, on 13/11/2020, it purchased 5,039 common shares at an average acquisition price of 4.107 euros per share, valued at 20,697.53 euros, pursuant to article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and the decisions of the competent bodies of the Company.

Following the aforementioned purchase, the Company holds now 690,041 common shares, which represent 2.5089 % of the Company's total shares.

Following the above mentioned date, the rights to the dividend for fiscal year 2014 that have not been collected by investors, will lapse in favor of the Greek State, in accordance with the laws in effect.
