Thrace Plastics Co S.A. in accordance with article 49 of Law 4548/2018, Regulation EU No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of 8 March 2016, it purchased 8,000 own shares, on 25/11/2020 through the Athens Exchange Member Alpha Finance S.A. for an average price of € 3.4249 per share, of total value of € 27,399.60 in execution of the relevant decision made by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on March 19, 2019.

KRI-KRI Milk Industry SA has released its interim financial statements for the period ended 30.09.2020.

Turnover amounted €102.75m against €92.94m of 2019 (an increase of +10.6%).

Basic profitability measures were as follows:

9M 2020 Results: Improved operational performance; Core Pre-Provision Income up by 4% y-o-y
Profit After Tax of Euro 130.4 million; Total CAD at 18.3%

Autohellas Tourist and Trading Société Anonyme (the Company) announces, according to article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and pursuant to the decision of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders (dated 15.07.2020) and the Board of Directors' decision dated 23.07.2020, that the Company on 24/11/2020, purchased 18,101 own shares, through the member of the Athens Stock Exchange EUROXX SECURITIES S.A., with an average purchase price of 4.919 Euros per share, and with the total value of the transaction reaching 89,042.96 Euros.
