AUTOHELLAS S.A. announces, in accordance to the provisions of law 3556/2007, that on the 23rd of November 2020, the company Main Stream S.A., controlled by Eftichios Vassilakis Vice President of the BoD & Managing Director (person obliged to notify pursuant to law 3340/2005), purchased 5,400 shares of Autohellas S.A. at a total value of Euro 26,590.59 and on the 24th of November 2020, purchased 12,500 shares of Autohellas S.A. at a total value of Euro 62,013.20.

PPC S.A., following stock announcements issued on 23.7.2020 and 12.8.2020, announces that on 24 November 2020, it proceeded with an initial drawdown of €150 m on its €200 m signed securitization facility with JP Morgan Chase Bank as investor and PPC Energy Finance DAC as Issuer. Servicer on the transaction is PPC SA and Qualco SA supports the transaction as a Sub-Servicer.
