Thrace Plastics Co S.A. in accordance with article 49 of Law 4548/2018, Regulation EU No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of 8 March 2016, it purchased 8,000 own shares, on 27/11/2020 through the Athens Exchange Member Alpha Finance S.A.  for an average price of € 3.3466 per share, of total value of € 26,773.05 in execution of the relevant decision made by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on March 19, 2019.

European Reliance General Insurance Company S.A. (the Company), announces to the investment public that under the Repurchase Program of Own Shares, on 26/11/2020, it purchased 3,946 common shares at an average acquisition price of 4,701 euros per share, valued at 18.548,65 euros, pursuant to article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and the decisions of the competent bodies of the Company.

Following the aforementioned purchase, the Company holds now 730,153 common shares, which represent 2.6547% of the Company's total shares.
