AUTOHELLAS S.A.: Acquisition of Own Shares

Autohellas Tourist and Trading Société Anonyme (the Company) announces, according to article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and pursuant to the decision of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders (dated 15.07.2020) and the Board of Directors' decision dated 23.07.2020, that the Company on 27/11/2020, purchased 8,373 own shares, through the member of the Athens Stock Exchange EUROXX SECURITIES S.A., with an average purchase price of 5.388 Euros per share, and with the total value of the transaction reaching 45,116.20 Euros.

Following its previous announcement dated 17^th of November 2020, MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. (The Company) hereby informs the investment public that the 10 day deadline for the submission of a request for a General Meeting to decide on the special permission allowing its subsidiary IREON INVESTMENTS LTD (the Seller) to proceed with a sale of up to 263,369 of OPTIMA BANK S.A. shares, lapsed on 27^th of November 2020.
