Payment of the Interim Dividend for the Fiscal Year 2021

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting dated November 1st, 2021 decided the distribution of an interim dividend of Euro 0.20 per share as advance payment for the fiscal year 2021 dividend. It is noted that the interim dividend amount per share for the fiscal year 2021 will be increased proportionally with the amount of interim dividend corresponding to the Company treasury stock (380,407 shares). The latter shares are not entitled to the interim dividend.
