Purchase of Own Shares

 

GR. SARANTIS S.A. (“the Company”) announces that, in implementation of the resolution of the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting dated May 31st 2022, the Company proceeded on October 26th 2023 with the purchase of 7,716 own shares at the average price of 7.62 euros per share and at a total value of 58,770.80 euros.

PPC completes the acquisition of the minority equity stakes of Fondul Proprietatea S.A. in Retele Electrice Muntenia S.A., PPC Energie Muntenia S.A., Retele Electrice Dobrogea S.A., Retele Electrice Banat S.A., and PPC Energie S.A.
