Commencement of Trading of Intralot’s New Shares

The Athens Stock Exchange today welcomed the management, executives, and partners of Intralot on the occasion of the commencement of trading of the company’s new shares, which resulted from the completion of the Combined Offering to foreign and Greek investors—an offering that was successfully concluded. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Intralot, Mr. Sokratis Kokkalis, rang the opening bell of the trading session.

As of October 9, 2025,
and following the share capital decrease and increase of the company “UNIBIOS HOLDINGS S.A.” (GRS084003011), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX under the final par value of €0.30 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of €0.025 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.
Listing new shares of INTRALOT S.A.

The Athens Stock Exchange announces the commencement of trading on Thursday, October 9th, 2025, of: a) 390,000,000 new ordinary shares of “INTRALOT S.A.” (ISIN: GRS343313003) issued following the share capital increase that was realized by waiving existing shareholders' pre-emption rights and b) 873,707,073 new ordinary shares issued following the company’s share capital increase that was realized by distribution in kind.
