"Performance Technologies SA" (or "Company") informs the investing public that, in implementation of the 31/1/2024 decision of the 8th item of the Agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company's shareholders, as specified by the 1/10/2024 decision of the Board of Directors, on Monday 21/10/2024 it purchased 2,000 own shares with an average purchase price of 6.45 euros per share, with a total value of 12,897.66 euros.

Following the recent purchases the Company now holds 50,183 own shares, corresponding to 0.36% of the Company's total shares.

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on October 21,2024 it effected purchases of 345 Company shares of total value EUR 6,785.50 (average price per share: EUR 20.879).

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 3,001,477 corresponding to 2.71% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 19.266 per share.
