We inform you, by the principle of equal information for shareholders, that Performance Technologies S.A. (or "Company") is in advanced discussions to acquire a 5% stake in an Irish company developing specialized software for ​​strategic portfolio management and planning optimization, utilizing advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques. The total investment in the company's capital amounts to 500 thousand euros.

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on October 25,2024 it effected purchases of 8,300 Company shares of total value EUR 166,428.00 (average price per share: EUR 20.052).

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 3,020,577 corresponding to 2.73% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 19.273 per share.
