GEK TERNA S.A. informs the Investors that, in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament, the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 and according to article 49 of Law 4548/2018, as amended and currently in force, proceeded on October 3, 2023 with the purchase of 14,987 GEK TERNA's shares at an average price of 12.9951 euros per share and at a total transaction value of 194,758.18 euros.

Purchase of Own Shares

ELLAKTOR S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") announces that, in accordance with the decision of the Ordinary Shareholders General Meeting held on 22.06.2023, as well as the decision of the Board of Directors dated 14.09.2023, it proceeded on October 3^rd, 2023, through the the Athens Exchange member name OPTIMA BANK SA, with the purchase of 23,000 own shares at an average price of 2.0242 euro per share and with a total transaction value of 46,556.00 euro.
