Following the regular check regarding the ongoing free float adequacy of Companies whose shares are listed on the Regulated Market, which was carried out in July for the H1 2025 reference period, ATHEX examined the compliance of those Companies that fell short of the minimum free float percentage with par. 8 of §3.1.4.4 of the ATHEX Rulebook, regarding the obligation to appoint two (2) Market Makers, if not already in place, by 30.09.2025, and ascertained that:
