Announcement of Own Share Purchases

The company Quality & Reliability S.A., pursuant to Article 49 of Law 4548/2018, Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052, announces that, in execution of the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of its Shareholders dated 30.03.2026 and the resolution of its Board of Directors dated 13.05.2026, it carried out the following transactions:

• on Friday, 29/5/2026, the purchase of 9,151 own shares at an average acquisition price of EUR 1.2840 per share and a total transaction value of EUR 11,749.88
• on Wednesday, 03/6/2026, the purchase of 8,000 own shares at an average acquisition price of EUR 1.2554 per share and a total transaction value of EUR 10,043.40.

Following the purchases carried out to date, the Company holds a total of 37,151 own shares, corresponding to 0.105% of the total number of shares of the Company.
