MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. announces that on 29 May 2026 its wholly owned Cyprus based subsidiary IREON INVESTMENSTS LTD entered into a Sale-Purchase Agreement for the acquisition of 60% of the shares issued by the company under the legal name EN.ACT PERIVALLONTIKI – ENERGEIAKI MONOPROSOPI A.E. (trade name ENACT A.E.). The latter engages in the field of integrated waste management, providing a wide array of services comprising advanced systems for the collection, transfer and processing of waste and ancillary activities.

The decision to acquire the majority stake in ENACT A.E. is compatible with the strategy of the MOTOR OIL Group for the enhancement of its presence in the field of Circular Economy.

The completion of the transaction is subject to the fulfillment of conditions precedent, including its approval by the competent Competition Authority. 

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. will provide update to the investment community in relation to the development of the transaction with subsequent announcements or through the interim and the yearly financial reports.
