The company Quality & Reliability S.A., pursuant to Article 49 of Law 4548/2018, Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052, announces that, in execution of the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of its Shareholders dated 30.03.2026 and the resolution of its Board of Directors dated 13.05.2026, it carried out the following transactions:

• -on Tuesday, 26.05.2026, the purchase of 10,000 own shares at an average acquisition price of EUR 1.2887 per share and a total transaction value of EUR 12,886.90
• -on Thursday, 28.05.2026, the purchase of 10,000 own shares at an average acquisition price of EUR 1.28 per share and a total transaction value of EUR 12,800.00. 

Following the aforementioned purchases, the Company holds a total of 20,000 own shares, corresponding to 0.056% of the total number of shares of the Company.
