"ALPHA TRUST - ANDROMEDA Investment Trust S.A." would like to inform the investment community that, following the decision of the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting dated 21.04.2026 as well as the decision of BoD dated 30.04.2026 and pursuant to article 49 of L.4548/2018, as amended and currently in force, it has proceeded through BETA Securities, in the meeting dated May 27^th 2026, to the purchase of 2,036  treasury shares, at an average acquisition price of 8.2291 euro per share, of a total value of 16,782.16 euro. 

Following the above purchase, the Company owns 183,036 treasury shares, with an average acquisition price of 7.01 euro per share, a percentage of 4.90% of the total shares of the Company.
