Announcement of Regulated Information under Law 3556/2007

The company N. VARVERIS - MODA BAGNO S.A. , in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, Article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament, and the relevant provisions of the Rulebook of the Euronext Athens Stock Exchange, hereby announces:

A. Following a relevant notification dated 13/05/2026 by the person discharging managerial responsibilities, Nikolaos-Eleftherios Varveris, Chairman and CEO, on 13/05/2026, proceeded with the sale of 50,000 common registered shares of the Company, for a total value of €315,000.

B. Following a relevant notification dated 13/05/2026 by the person discharging managerial responsibilities, Aggela Varveri, spouse of Nikolaos-Eleftherios Varveris (as a person closely associated), on 13/05/2026, proceeded with the sale of 50,000 common registered shares of the Company, for a total value of €315,000.

The transactions were carried out on the regulated market of Euronext Athens at an average selling price of €6.3 per share.
