The company DOPPLER S.A. hereby informs the investment community that, following the passing of Board of Directors member Mr. Theodoros Moschos on 05.05.2026, the Company’s Board of Directors, during its meeting held on 07.05.2026, resolved, in accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association and the provisions of Law 4548/2018, to elect Mr. Konstantinos Dimitropoulos, son of Athanasios, as a new member of the Board of Directors, replacing the deceased member for the remainder of his term of office.

Following the above replacement, the composition of the Board of Directors is as follows:
