According to article 2 of the Decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. (the “Company”) announces the appointment of Mr. Spyridon Svoronos to the position of the General Manager of Supply and Trading of the Company. 

Mr. Svoronos was born in 1990 and holds a graduate degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and an MSc in Engineering with Finance from University College London. He has been an employee of the MOTOR OIL Group since 2015 and of the Supply and Trading General Division of the Company since 2019. He held the posts of Domestic Market Book Leader and of White Products Book Leader prior to his promotion to the position of General Manager in May 2026.
