ANNOUNCEMENT:Termination of Cooperation with the Chief Financial Officer

“Spirou House of AricultuRE  S.A.” (the “Company”), in accordance with article 2 of decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, hereby informs the investing public of the termination of its cooperation with Mr. Lefteris Mavromatis, who served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, with immediate effect.

The Company expresses its appreciation to Mr. Mavromatis for his contribution and services and wishes him every success in his future professional endeavors.

The Company will inform the investing public in due course regarding the relevant organizational changes and the appointment of his successor.
