It is pointed out that the above PDMRs acquired Company shares exercising their stock options to purchase shares at the Grant Price of Euro 23.13 per share following the relevant decision of the Extraordinary General Assembly dated 22 March 2023.
Additionally, Mr. Kontaxis acquired 527 Company shares at a price of EUR 16.56 per share following the exercise of stock options that vested on 30 April 2025 and could be exercised on predetermined dates between 30 April 2025 and 31 October 2027. The value of the above shares amounts to Euro 20,026.
Furthermore, on 30 April 2026, pursuant to the decision of the above-mentioned Extraordinary General Assembly, the hereunder PDMRS acquired Company shares free of payment as follows:

All share values mentioned in the present announcement have been calculated based on the closing price of the Company’s share on the Euronext Athens trading session of 30 April 2026.
